10-15% might be a bit harshWhile I wouldn't want to see any harsh penalties like xp loss and deleveling, I can agree that lowering durability by around 10-15% after death might encourage more repairing and less biting off more than you can chew.
It might also prevent people from "zerging" once they revive at their homepoint.
id go with 5% instead(compared to the now 1% we get)
while it doesnt seem like much, it can add up really quick if you die enough
