We already have level 60s running around that don't know how to play, what will a level potion change?
I'm sorry that was mean :x

Wouldn't really change much really. Those who wish to learn will learn regardless of if they skip to 50/60 or if they worked all the way up. I admit I am not a fan of the idea myself but for some people the idea of being told by a friend that they worked for hundreds of hours just to get where they are can be intimidating for a person to even consider starting knowing (or feeling) they will have so much work to do just to catch up or play on their level. For those who are adapted to these kind of games they will pick it up quick and see skills they are used to or get a general idea how they work based on others and adapt accordingly. Bad players will be bad no matter what unfortunately.
