Power-leveling is absolutely BROKEN

Fail. The game isn't broken by something that is optional. It's not even like walking into a bugged area where you can't move. The only thing it breaks is your... immersion? LOL @ an optional activity having anything to do with the ability to play the game.

Are you blind? "YOSHI-P said that you wont get much exp for someone killing mobs for you that are higher level then you but right now people are getting full EXP or are you blind can't read that part? it broken it most be fix and they should never allow powerlevel in a game there other ways of doing it exp band,link account and so on.
