Unfortunately, it comes down to a language barrier. The devs who actually can chime in on game design issues probably don't understand English well enough to both understand a 59 page of complaints or write a long, well-reasoned response. Especially considering the response would no doubt have every word torn apart and examined, and the possibility for miscommunication would be immense. While it would be nice for a Community Rep to make a reply here, they can't really bring up the kind of feedback people are seeking here. The best they can do is say "some of your concerns were sent to the developers". If you want to ask these kinds of questions, it might be best to attend the Fanfest or a panel, where they are actively answering questions from fans. I'll admit it's definitely frustrating, but that's the struggle you get with non-native Devs. The posts they make likely have to be translated, which makes casual conversation significantly harder. I'm sure that other forums have that issue when a language difference comes up.

We aren't Japanese. And I doubt the mods and admins want to pool their resources to translate all the negative energy into the Japanese language. So we really have no voice.
I wouldn't say its dead but it is now on Grind/Farm-mode like EX Dungeons and Weeping City and while it is leagues above Diadem, it still isn't the fulfilling adventure we thought it would be (regardless of if it was designed for casual-play or not).
