    So I'm not quite ready to be able to cast shadowflare before the fight actually begins so until I have more practice with that, where should I fit that in.

    Replace the first two ruin3 with the skills you couldnt precast, in worst case after bio>shadowflamme>ruin2(rouse+spur). Every skill you precasts yields an additional ruin 3 up to 2. The mana should be nearly full again with your aetherflow afterwards.
