Because Spec Ops is more important. It all makes sense now, thank you for explaining this to me. But wait. If the number of Farmer Joes far exceeds the number of Spec Ops, and the reason this game is even still being offered as a service is because of the incredibly large amount of farmer joes and anything in between. Then... Who's more important again? I'm confused.
