An automated Number crunching system cannot accurately represent and dole out ranks to people because it cannot calculate every single factor involved. A new player, a New tank, a person new to that instance, a person who has played for years but is now trying a new class, If they are sick, Lag, What other people in the group might be doing to hinder their numbers, The babies diaper needs to be changed. So those people deserve to have a lower rank?

With enough numbers of run the rank will go nearer to your accurate rank, it is not a fixed number. So, if you have lag in EVERY runs you did, or if you have to change babies diaper EVERY runs, or if you play like a total newbies EVERY runs, then yes, you deserve to have a lower rank.
