Crafting BiS and Materia Melding Question

Ahh thanks Nekotee, so control would be more important to meld over craftsmanship?
I am by no means very good at crafting but really am wanting to do more of it.
As for FFXIV Guild, well well over 85% of the guides they post are not very good, just take a look at their job guides as well... so much bad info there, lol

Craftsmanship has breaking points, otherwise it's a useless stat to add. The first breaking point is enough to attempt the craft, the rest are places where it alters your rotation. Any other craftsmanship is wasted. Since 3-stars are near trivial, and 4-star information doesn't exist, that question can't be answered.

Sadly the control V on Leviathan is selling for almost 2 mil per at this moment.
Hope the level 7 Mog Tribe reward is one of them, lol

If you reach 2* star crafting you can try to do some carbon stuff
And spiritbond them

First set i did reward me with 2 control V
Pretty cool

The quest rewards not one, but two Control V materia as one of the options. People will be reaching that point at the middle of this week, so prices should be taking a dip at that point.

As for carbonweave, perhaps once i am geared up i will attempt it. I have my doubts about being able to do it but will try

The carbonweave is a two star craft
Fairly easy to do
And comp are only 1 star (but 35 sol and diadem mats)
