Crafting BiS and Materia Melding Question

Ahh thanks Nekotee, so control would be more important to meld over craftsmanship?
I am by no means very good at crafting but really am wanting to do more of it.
As for FFXIV Guild, well well over 85% of the guides they post are not very good, just take a look at their job guides as well... so much bad info there, lol

Craftsmanship has breaking points, otherwise it's a useless stat to add. The first breaking point is enough to attempt the craft, the rest are places where it alters your rotation. Any other craftsmanship is wasted. Since 3-stars are near trivial, and 4-star information doesn't exist, that question can't be answered.
