    I know about that, but if i use it i miss Forbidden Chakra on opener, or am i missing something?

    You use purification and fracture more, fracture requires 20 more TP for 30 more potency, after 7 fractures you've gained 210 potency and still have 160 TP over from the purification which is enough to keep youup untill the next invig, of course you lose out on some damage but it's better than dealing 0 damage due to TP. Unless you go for a build with around 600 or less SkS you're not going to be able to last the whole duration anyways. And with our current gear such a build does not exist.

    The argument isn't Purification + Fracture vs Forbidden Chakra.

    You should be using Fracture no matter what, the argument is, whether you should use Forbidden Chakra or Purification on the dummies.

    The answer is you should use Purification for the dummies, because Monk in 3.0 isn't designed to last 3 minute intervals without Purification or down time. Fracture should be used whether you are using Forbidden Chakra or Purification in a fight (honestly, in most fights you should be using both Purification and Forbidden Chakra).

    Throughout the length of a normal fight though, if you are forgoing fractures so that you can get extra Forbidden Chakras, well then that is a DPS nerf. Fracture is too strong a skill to not be using, it not only is very potent, but it helps you squeeze extra ticks out of your demolishes.

    Thanks, i've stopped using fracture mostly because there was a discussion about it on reddit with a comparison if it was worth ti or not, and the study has shown it was not worth it, i'm not sure if it was on Monk but i'm pretty sure it was, so i've stopped using it, might have been when Purification wasn't needed due to lower SkS.

    I'll start to use it again since that was what i was doing til 2.4 before i main Ninja.
