Is 1600 optimal DPS for a ilvl220 Monk with a 210 weapon ? I have tried everything including food/pot but have not able to complete Nidex dummy challenge :/

The weapon is the biggest dps increase. Avg ilvl almost means nothing without it. Like all 240 gear with a 210 weapon will still produce poor results. In other words, get a better weapon and don't worry too much about meeting SSS checks without the proper weap

I finally managed to complete Nidex dummy task.

I did some research and turned out that i was missing on DET stats which I circumvented by using Food and in the end managed to beat the dummy with 4 sec to spare.

DPS 1660.

Now as you suggested my hunt for better weapon begins

You know det is Monk's second best stat, right? You should be stacking crit. Only time you stack det is when your gear cannot stack crit.


Or you could be one of those people who builds their Monk to have extremely high skill speed, but I honestly don't see it as something worth the trouble.
