100% this !This thread is going to places.
I bet the majority of people arguing in this thread also were here in 2.3, 2.5 and 3.1, and will probably be here repeating the same arguments in 3.5, 4.1, 4.3, 4.5, 5.1 [...]
Just move on, the system isn't perfect but isn't broken, this is the drawback you have to face for having the possibility of unlimited twines when the other two options (wiping city / midas savage) have a weekly lockout.
If you don't like it, every single time the hunts went relevant their activity died like a month and a half later and 3.3 will be no difference, so bosses will die slower and you will have higher chances. And if you don't like that then it's time to upgrade your PC or be the one who spawns them instead of sitting out waiting for calls.
Got to love people who defend selfish behavior. Does someone have to wait with the chat box full of people on the way, no. Would it be courteous to do so, yes. And yeah, hunts are relevant again and so selfish people are empowered once more. Will they go away, yes, once they have what THEY want.
I'll maybe act like devil's advocat but sometimes it is necessary to pull when a decent amount of ppl arrived in front of the boss. Why ? Simply because when we wait too long the amount of ppl in the same area is exceeding server capacity and most of the hunters get a D/C mark over their head leading to disconnect and most fail to get a reward even if they were the very first persons to be in front of the boss.
Such things happend many times.
But well, i don't see the point to witch hunt the ninja pullers, hunt monsters are always respawning after a while, it's not like you'll never be able to kill one again if you miss it once... And if you track timers properly you can easily be in time to 70% of the A ranks at the moment they are getting found.
nver said that at all.. All I said is you cannot shame someone for doing somethign that he has the right to do just because you dont like it...that is a very dumb mentality to have. Until he is proven to have done something illegalt (understand against the set rules) no matter if you like him dont like him or what not, he is entitled to do it. The fact that you find it immoral, stupid, dumb, whatever is totally irrilevant. Or are you saying that rules in place should not be followed because you dont like thme ? you know, those are not to be followed only when suit you/are in your favour, at times you may not like them but they still need to be followed and respected whether you like it or not. Besides you should know that history repeats itself. Zerks fest happened, they annoy me too, but until SE decides to change the set rules...people can do it, is within their rights and we can only respect that.
On the other hand ....still no answers . : can you tell me what is the right number of minutes that would be right to wait and why?

There's no argument to be won here. This thread is a dead horse. People have been complaining about "early pullers" since 2.3. And just as in 2.3, if a hunt is there, it's open season.
I consider it an early pull if I popped it and didn't have time to reach it before it died.
One Croque I was the only one at the node. I waited till near the end to hit it, presumably it popped because I heard a billion shouts and it was dead before I even got there. There are other examples - sometimes I'll pop something like Brontes or Croak. 30 seconds later someone pulls.
I've also had S ranks where the wait was nearly 10-15 mins and people still were crying early pull /rolls eyes
In general I consider it only polite for at least the travel time to the hunt + 1 minute after you get there. Ideally 5 mins on an S rank was considered polite but you'll always have someone showing up late and whining that it was an early pull (In which case said person needs a better LS) But if you're pulling the moment you get there, it's probably too early. Waiting at least 1 minute after you get there is considered polite.
But yes there's no such thing, technically, as an early pull. SE originally pitched it as as 'you're running through the zone and find a hunt, you beg/cajole your FC mates into showing up to kill it'. People found that it was possible for lots of people (not just 1 person/party/alliance) to get full credit so a LS relay community was born. Being impatient and pulling 'early' just goes against that community spirit.
