I know it doesn't but it's the only Job that came to my mind having healing and support spells and Yoshi said he would like to do it.

I don't recall Yoshi EVER saying he wanted BLU to be a healer. I only remember him mentioning the job would be very difficult to implement and he mused on the idea of it being a solo play only thing. Never anything on it being support or a healer, do you have a source?

Also as I said, RDM has a plethora of healing and support magic available, but still I see that being a DPS too.
