You can already tell if someone isn't pulling their weight, just look at the enmity meter to scout if a DPS is well below his fellows. This number thing, in my opinion, and how much you're doing and this crit for this amount is all garbage. I play with names off, numbers off, and most UI things off. Immersion > obsessing, however I do think having the training dummy give feedback in one way or another, doesn't have to be numbers, is a necessary tool for learning proper rotations.

It may not be as accurate as a parser but it will still provide you with a clue if there is something fishy going on. Good enough for me.

That's been disproven multiple times - especially due to the fact that aggro dump abilities exist. It's a false correlation that means nothing. As a bard, I usually will spam my enmity reducing ability because if I don't my threat is right behind the tanks in low level content - however because I spam it my threat usually sits near zero - yet according to my parser I am always top DPS unless there's a BLM in my party (Or SMN) and I keep Foe's Requiem on the entire fight (and sometimes I'm STILL top DPS).

In most trash pulls, I'm 2nd most aggro on every mob as the SCH. Without healing even once, outside of embrace. In many cases even on the boss I'm 2nd or frequently 3rd, again without using any healing skills. There is some truth in the enmity bar, but I doubt, egoism aside, that I'm out dpsing a melee player especially on a single target. It is just a terrible gauge.
