Monk 3.0 CHAKRA UNLEASHED

I would love to have some advise on my current Monk build and what to spend my lore on after I get my lore weapon next week? I plan to go into A5S after I get my weapon but I'm not sure if I should swap some pieces out.

I can't kill the A7S dummy (No Food or Pots) just yet but I am very close, I'm not sure if that is good or bad with this build right now.
I feel like my Critical Rate might actually be too high here, as well as my Spell Speed. I used to have a lot more Determination when I was a few ilevels lower and I don't feel much of a DPS increase with this build.
