    What skill speed have you tried this on? I've done it several times now and I don't even come close to fitting it all. The second demo just barely makes it before trick attack falls so I'm roughly 2 seconds behind. My gcd is currently at 2.35 sec.

    Trick attack should be coming out after a ninja's 4th global which is a little over 8 seconds into a fight. Add the 10 second trick duration + animations and you basically have a 19 second window to get everything up to the fracture off. Cases where the ninja hits the boss before you do and you just can't get the fracture in are quite common. Fracture will hit at about 21 seconds with low skillspeed (570~) [2.42+2.3+2.17+(7*2.05)] with skill speed that low it comes down to making sure that you get your globals rolling faster than they do which shoulder tackle allows you to do (on any fight where the ninja has to run in). If you have higher skillspeed you should be able to fit it in on any fight with a run up.

    Why ToD before PB falls off, why not throw in another Snap, or even a True if you have the SS to make it back to GL? Mine is usually Snap in place of ToD, then after PB falls off I use ToD...

    True Strike: 190 rear potency
    Snap Punch: 180 flank potency
    Touch of Death: 20+30s dot @ 25 = 270 potency

    I don't form shift pre fight unless its something with multiple targets or where the pull might be sloppy.

    you don't lose anything for refreshing GL early though. Same goes with any of your other buffs. You only really have to worry about not losing a tick on demolish when going through your rotation. The position of frac doesn't matter since it's not a dot that you would maintain uptime on. As long as it's fully buffed in the opener and used in the correct spots in the rotation, it won't hurt to delay it a few gcds. As far as ToD goes, I can't see any real loss by using it 1-2 gcds later especially if the exchange is an extra snap punch or true strike that you wouldn't get otherwise.

    I think you're clipping demolish by using ToD so late in the opener. And no reason to double weave the ogcds

    I'm not too sure that's the correct way to look at it. You miss out on an extra snap/ trueS by using ToD as the last pb hit but I don't think there's anything to gain from it unless you've got a nin TA to work with or you need a shorter opener for some reason. But on a dummy I think using that last hit on something other than ToD would be a gain.

    The reason it's good to do it that way is for trick attack. The opener he posted will allow you to fit everything under trick attack (including demolish which is huge) fully buffed. I still have never been able to fit fracture into TA and at this point i'd need to see a video of it being done to understand how its possible but it's still a good opener for TA
