    Hmm...I'd have to say Machinist, Summoner and (atm) Paladin.

    Machinist, because it makes me feel like it doesn't do any damage, and the skill animations are boring. It has no feeling of "impact".
    Summoner because DoT & pet management. And the rotation is utterly confusing to me. I did level as SCH for the most part though.
    As for Paladin, flash is shit. It does no damage, and has no visible enough range to see how far it reaches. Like with Machinist it feels a bit lacking in impact on mobs. Mind you my PLD is only in her low 30's atm so I hope I will like it more later on. But atm I loathe it.

    I can't manage both myself and a pet at the same time due to a learning disability, had to fate/beast tribe it to lv.60 since I couldn't run dungeons with it.

    I'd say MNK, the constant movement to hit the positionals in basically every move to do max dps which makes the OCD in me get annoyed whenever I miss one of the positionals due to xyz reasons. A few positionals thrown in like DRG and NIN are welcome but MNK just gets borderline annoying although I do love elixir field...

    It's definitely BRD for me. Wanderer's Minuet just killed it. It used to be DRG in ARR (which is still a close second here).

    I had this problem when I first started BLM, and realised Blizzard III increases the time of Enochian ^^
