What is your least favourite class and why?

.So far my least favorite classes are Machinest and Blackmage.

I have my Machinest at cap and it was super fun to play up until 52 when you get Gauss Barrel. I loved the aesthetic but the cast time made it so boring to play. I wish the gunner class was more like Yuna from FFX-2, but I'm bias because that was my favorite game I have ever played in the world. Sometimes I jump into Void Ark and do the whole run without GB because it's more fun and I can't even tell how terrible my DPS is cuz it's such a face roll now.

Black Mage is another one of my least favorites though I don't have it leveled to max, it's only like lvl 37. So far I'm finding it super boring and soooo slow. I don't like that Fire is yor strong spell, blizzard is your weak spell but it regents MP and thunder is your dot. I miss having all the spells be equally powerful and have it be type effective. (Thinking about Lulu from FFX) and I miss the old names like blizzard blizzara and blizzaga that I'm use to in FF games I'm continuing to lvl up my BLM to cap cuz I want all magic classes so I can get that title, so hopefully I'll like it more eventually. But with the whole ley lines thing it looks pretty doubtful.


My favorite classes would be NINJA and Astrologian. I loved the Theif role since Rikku from FFX-2!! I PRAY that eventually they will put in daggers that looked like hers! And Astrologian because of all the lore, the cards and the FAST heals in Diurnal stance!!! I hope they give me a crystal ball one day! Id be as happy as a clam !

Its a toss up between BRD (because Bard in 1.0 could cast Raise...) and MCH

But after a little think it has to be MCH. Unlike other jobs it got even more boring as you unlocked more skills.

There are too many one shot "itty bitty" skills: stuns, silence, phys down, mag down, etc.

I would rather have had less of those, and more skills that allow me to do cool stuff with the turret.

I had imagined MCH as a job running around the battlefield laying down traps and bombs, or using the turret with its own combo abilities, AoEs, even crazy plasma beam channelled abilities, etc. I expected the turrets to work differently, one offensive, one defensive with shields etc

Middle class is my favorite. I support the proletariat.
