Unfortunately, there's no easy way to query the Lodestone for achievements, so no, I can't provide anything empirical.

But to counter your anecdotal evidence with my own anecdotal evidence, almost no one I run into has one, and the majority of people in my FC haven't completed even one (and I don't think anyone's finished multiples).

You may have missed the point of my using anecdotal evidence there. It was purely becasue you made a claim to support your view with no backing at all for it.
