what is the best value of Spell Speed we can reach if we do a build :
Crit and SS where crit is maxed with materia each time it's possible (and the rest with SS matéria)
Crit and SS where SS is maxed with matéria each time it's possible (and the rest with Crit matéria)
?
(using 230 lore and raid equipement)

I'd like to check if there is a possibility to cast more that 6x ruin 3 during DWT.
