I just posted a few words to say "hey im happy because i will soon recover the figure i had before!"

Edit : i should have post a disclaimer saying:

"my post is only about being happy to see my stat being recovered to its previous state at least even if everything else has changed. I of course perfectly know that the balance between tanks and dps and so on has changed but im at least glad that my AP will be recovered especially for solo dungeons etc i enjoy doing a lot"

Think he meant, you called a person a troll simply because they gave you numerical facts of your, admittedly, loosely defined observation. While they might not have perceived your comment the way you meant it, calling them a troll on the instant is.. let's say, childish.

I just said that the stat which dropped from 1045 to 844 is slightly going up again , and that im happy with that.

I m not talking about the gap between me and actual dps. This one will never be closed since everybody is gearing up.

Im talking about the gap between my previous AP (1045) and the post patch one. This gap has been reduced from 1045/844 to 1045/908. What matters to me is to get my previous dps back 1st for reasons.

So yes sorry but it does make sense.

It's relative, though. So, say your previous DPS was 1k, now it's 800. Previously, DPS were doing 1.4k, now they're still doing 1.4k. So, currently, there would be a 600 DPS difference. Let's say, now, you go back to 1k through gear - but this also means that the DPS will gain DPS through gear, say 1.6k. So 600, again.

The reason this is important is that while you are gaining back DPS, the DPS are exceeding their previous best. This means that enmity will be roughly the same, which is what this topic is about. The DPS increase through gear will be good, don't get me wrong, it'll be nice to see our previous numbers again... but it's the same as it was from 2.0 to now, you gain AP through gear and... stuff. I think the problem with your post is that you included "this should be just bad memories soon", which would imply the fundamental problem that people are having would go away (lack of enmity relative to the DPS).

I personally haven't had any problems. The only time I have is on my alt DRK when I had a Seph weapon, fully pentamelded 220 DRG and I only had my i210 weapon sitting at around i185. I only used one Power Slash and tanked out of Grit for a large portion, if I had done 2 PS combos it would've been cake. He also decided to single target when I pulled multiple packs... which was weird... but that aside, I haven't really had any issues with threat even massively under-geared. It is less than it was before, but it just doesn't feel too bad. As long as I'm above the DPS while the boss is still alive then I'm fine with where we are.

Im not talking about others dps... i just talk about a personnal point of view...

I m aware about everything about the difference and such.

Its just that it took me months to reach a 1000ish value and it decreased a lot within one day. But im happy that i will get it back soon.

Once again you re trying to find something else where there s nothing. Is there really no way to understand me? I mean my english is that bad?
