    It hasn't "changed" it wasn't right from the beginning. As for where to find it, nowhere as far as I am aware as it hasn't been published.

    Old which I believe was used for the current stat weights: (WD/3*AA delay*0.0432544+1)*(STR*0.1027246)*(1+DET/7290)
    New one made by Dervy with data provided by me: (WD/3*AA delay*0.0593365489928915+1)*(STR*0.0841892)*(DET/6832.8+1)
