Yes, I've just had a long-term case of coder's block (it's part of why I do what I do in this game). It's long past time I either made my own or adapted MrYaah's solver.
EIGHTY EIGHT MILES PER HOURRRRR
٩( ʘᆺʘ )۶ Qiqirns never skip egg day!
I have a solver similar to MrYaah which now calculates via DPS... 1 hour in, 1300 sets calcuated and still not found out what the most optimal set is at i245 @ 720 accuracy (which is what I guess A8S accuracy will be); That's after removing "junk" melds.
Alternatively, we could use stat-weights still, but it doesn't accurately reflect the high SS/CRT build, which somehow turned out give the highest DPS contributions in both your Excel Model, and someone elses. Most of the stat-weighted sets anyway, give 1100+ CRT and 640+ SS anyway... Meh.

I'm probably wrong, but, I had this thought.. Every piece of raid gear is going to have more secondary stats then what we are able to meld. Like, at most we can add is 24 stat points since no overmelds. Would it be better to take, 216 acc off the target acc and just calculate the highest dps set with full acc melds? I don't know, just a thought I had since typically we've always wanted to take the highest weighted pieces and kinda fill acc in where necessary.
It sounds too goofy to be a good idea but almost makes sense to me lol. It may just not be a viable progression idea tho, since raiding is like a box a chocolates..
Just messing around:
