How to Dragoon per Second: A DPS Paradigm

Going to main Dragoon starting from next week. Actually a bit surprised nobody seems to be talking on how the changes affect the rotation.

Seems like the change since 4.1 is this...

Optimal scenarios (like o1s and neo exdeath) - Hold first LOTD phase until bfb is coming off cd, so enter lotd on 3rd GK not 2nd (on 2nd GK make sure to GK before 3rd MD). This makes more lotd phases line up with bfb and ds, not to mention raid cooldowns such as TA

Non-optimal scenarios (like Exdeath) - Enter LOTD phase after 2nd jump (so on 2nd GK) and your rotation won't align with personal cooldowns until 3rd LOTD phase

so is it better to have LOTD activate right after the second jump now

Optimally no, if you hold your first lotd until bfb you don't lose anything and you gain a buffed lotd phase plus you line up your bfb for future lotd phases
