Please do something about Living Dead

Speaking as a healer who raids with a DRK MT, there's nothing wrong with Living Dead.

Benediction, Essential Dignity, Lustrate, Emergency Tactics, Cure/Benefic 2, etc, all a healer has to do to remove the Walking Dead is heal you for whatever your total HP is

So you think its ok that it potentially needs to blow Healer Cooldowns (Like benediction no less, so reasonable). You know how much Paladins need to get healed for? Yeah nothing. Wars? Whatever to survive and they can use it much more often. DRK? Doesn't get healed enough , oh you dead.

Yeah, "nothing wrong" such balance here.

It does not really add any more stress than already exists to be a full VIT DRK using LD vs a full STR one, currently at ilvl 210 the difference in HP between a full STR and full VIT Dark Knight is literally smaller than the amount one non-crit unbuffed Cure 2 / Benefic 2 heals for. At worst it would take one more GCD to heal you, remember that as tank ilvl increases and you get more HP our heals will be stronger too.

Yeah and one extra heal is one extra CD the healer has to spend, how much do they have to spend on WAR and PLD now? Nothing, and heals didn't get stronger on potency, but DRK HP did get effectively higher has no one played VIT DRK , so higher gear will do nothing as when Heals do increase due to better gear so will tank HP.
