As i said it's an usability issue, it requires too much coordination and often requires healers to blow their cooldowns to make it smoother (Benediction/lustrate) and is a very niche ability, specially for the long cooldown it has.

    Basically
    1. Hallowed Ground - Easiest to use, just pop it and you take no damage, number one in usability, only thing healer has to do is stop healing and possibly dps while it's up, accordingly it has a big cooldown timer.
    2. Holmgang - Good, just pop it and you don't die, all healer has to do is assure you have a decent amount of hp left when the buff ends, has a low cooldown accordingly
    3. Living dead - Potential to be the best cooldown in very (VERY) niche situations where there is a long barrage of attacks going on (such as last phase in A4s), but the potential doesn't justify the coordination nightmare that it is, Dead last in usability :
    • You are at 50% health when buff is over, weren't healed enough - dead
    • Healer heals you too soon - negates the invulnerability
    • You were healed your whole amount of HP throughout the buff duration but end up with very little Hp at the end - dead. (just saying it has the same downside has Holmgang here)
This is all to say it puts too much extra pressure on the healer when they usually already have to deal with the most workload out of all roles, and all this has now been exacerbated due to the Vitality changes which just require further healing to makes sure the Dark Knight survives..
