MCH, still as bad?

Power level aside, Machinist is put together much better than Bard. Gauss Barrel works much better with MCH's ammo system than Minuet works with Bard. It makes MCH more mobile and with quick reload on such a low CD, it's rather easy to plan your movement. Both turrets and Promotion are instant cast. You don't have the imperfect interaction of cast times and Bloodletter procs. Basically, the current version of Bard has some clunkiness to it that MCH does not possess...probably because they built MCH with Gauss Barrel in mind, where the tacked it onto Bard for easy balancing sake or they ran out of time to think of something new.
