The leechers are bad in Diadem. I've already run into 2 today.

Not putting it in the duty finder would have solved all these problems. Then every group that went in has clear expectations on why they are going in. This is a clear example of content that should never have been shoved into the duty finder.
i covered that, if they want to join the blacklist they can only do it that one time. if the community starts self policing it will happen less and less.
it's the same as ninja-lotters in greed parties.

Or maybe give us the option to disband and reform parties while in the instance. There are times when some members are done and want to leave or they switch to their gatherers while the remaining people would still like to carry on battling. I'd be happier with that over a vote kick feature. You could join up with other like minded individuals while in the instance.

Well Idk, last night my raid had 2 pugs with us in Diadem, the 2 of them were at random places doing random things and loot randomly popped up like every couple minutes while us (the raid) were looking for mobs or flying around chasing ranks. Not sure what they were doing, or how and why we got free loot, but if it was them, then I thank them.
Sure what you say is a problem, but after all, you get the freedom here.

Simple solution: don't DF it with randoms. That is all.
Again I saw that under the sun the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to the intelligent, nor favor to those with knowledge, but time and chance happen to them all.

The real solution is: don't be a leech.
Every party knows that some people want to gather, but if there's more than 3 gatherers, please do a rotation beetween youserlves (while some gather, some fight). You have freaking 90 minutes. If gathering for 45 minutes while people fight and then you go fight for the other 45 minutes isn't enough, geez, something is wrong. Talk with your team. This is the only piece of content where we gotta talk about what we are going to do and decide the best way to and people are already ruining it.

The thing is though treasure chests gathers dig up, the contents aren't rolled on but go to a random player in the party so are they leeching as well? I've been gathering tonight and I've dug up many chests and all the loot inside have gone to other players so I mean it goes both ways. I haven't been rolling on the items the people fighting have been getting so why should they get the treasure I worked for and dug up?

The gatherer trolling my group dug up 2 chests. Yay, a few clusters. Compared to all the 150,180, and 210 loot they rolled on. And all the chests we missed out on due to lost credit. Yay... clusters!!! umm... totally worth the trade on the four Stars we missed loot on... and all the rest after two others got sick of it and abandoned...The thing is though treasure chests gathers dig up, the contents aren't rolled on but go to a random player in the party so are they leeching as well?
