DEV REQUEST: Remove cast bars to MCH & BRD

I'd have to dig through to find it, but they have been jumping between "support dps" and "mobiltiy" that at this point, I'm honestly not sure what the direction they want. And even then, mobility has never been that huge of an asset to BRD if they were still being topped off by melee/casters in FCoB during 2.0.

And the matter of fact is, cast times prevent them from having complete mobility while dpsing, and they are still behind both casters and melee; the dps discrepancy is the same despite losing the absolute freedom of dps.

Cool, so what's the issue of reducing mobility if it wasn't even important? And even then, they didn't remove mobility. If they did, then you would have 2.5-3 seconds cast times, like real casters.

There is no issue with limiting movement, but it debunks the reasoning (or at least makes a really terrible one) to base potential dps due to movement in this circumstance.. I didn't move that much in 2.0 as a bard, and i certainly dont move as much as a MCH in 3.0. But again the problem the effect that cast times has on bard's toolkit and traits. You got straighter shot procs that won't even register in time when cast times are considered and that you can't effectively weave two oGCDs inbetween each GCD when you have a 1.5 cast time.
