And even then, mobility has never been that huge of an asset to BRD if they were still being topped off by melee/casters in FCoB during 2.0.

    And the matter of fact is, cast times prevent them from having complete mobility while dpsing, and they are still behind both casters and melee; the dps discrepancy is the same despite losing the absolute freedom of dps.
