I get what the OP is asking for... And I can see the point in that; the ability to filter out people who haven't actually cleared the content.

However, may I just suggest that, if such a thing were implemented, that the person who forms said PF setup be required to have completed the content themself? I've seen a number of times now where people complain about others in their groups being "bads", for having not cleared content, which they haven't even cleared, themselves... but want only experienced people in their groups to guarantee them the clear.

Generally speaking, it's kind of sad to see how many threads pop up in this game's forums where people asking for SE to implement ever more ways to separate the player base; to create a more "us and them" division. There's an awful lot of people who forget where they came from, and only see things from their own perspective and what benefits them, personally.

Like, anytime I see someone complaining that someone new has joined the group for any given content, and wanting to kick them straight away, without even giving them a chance. I always think "Amazing how quickly people forget that they were once that new/first-time player joining someone else's group... and how quickly they try to distance themselves from that fact".

Some people will attempt to justify their attitude with comments like, "well after doing this run 100 times, I don't have the patience to deal with carrying noobs who don't know it". Again... failing to see past their own nose, and forgetting where they came from, that they were once that new player and could, very well, have been "carried" themselves on many of their first runs of content, more than they realized at the time.

This relentless intolerance and the whole "me me me, I'm all that's important" mentality is really corroding whatever sense of community even still exists in MMOs anymore... slowly but surely.

I know people will immediately point to the worst possible examples they can think of to justify it... as though every situation is like that... and it's really disingenuous.
