Adds have higher base accuracy than Bosses in raids.

Plus there a lot of fights where you might be the only target on an add and so have the aggro of the add and therefore are hitting it from the front (AS1 and AS3 come to mind). If AS4 has something similar (not entirely sure, just did that casual AS3 clear last week) then you want to build accuracy towards the adds frontal.
