Since they gave SCH a fairy when I'm pretty sure they have never had them in past FF's, I'm gonna go ahead and say there's a high possibility of them at least considering giving SAM dual wield...

Also, it's pretty odd to say "give them laser guns Idc" but be so against something like dual wielding SAM, lol.

I personally don't care for dual wielding types, its clunky and nowhere near as effective as people seem to think, so yes i'll fully admit that I would be disappointed to see one of my favorite classes turn from a powerful warrior to a ballerina. We have ninja already. I'm going with my gut here, but your dealing with a class that has alot of love for it's favored weapon in this game series which has always been some form of the katana. FF Samurai do not exist without this as otherwise they would be fighters. To this date with the exception of subbed abilities from other jobs, samurai have always favored a 2 handed weapon style based on kenjustu. It efficient and powerful.
