1484 without splash on faust is impossible, really, not doing splash on faust period and still doing a base monk rotation is impossible unless the offtank isn't attacking faust at all.

It's certainly not impossible because that's what I did last night. I agree that typically you will get splash, but I did not. 3 of us all showed the same thing and were surprised that I got no splash, but this isn't the first time nor will it be the last time I do that fight without getting splash. Also as others pointed out you can absolutely check your damage on Faust alone too even if you do get splash. Our offtank just pulls the adds off to the side.

Faust is a pretty short fight so if you get good crits you can ride the DPS high before leveling out. I'm pretty certain that others can vouch that I am not going to post up some numbers that I've made up. By the way I asked the other person if they had another melee and forgot to state that I had a dragoon for Battle Lit...oh that sweet, sweet Battle Lit on a short fight is nuts.

It's not impossible. It's unlikely, but not impossible. As we verified by pulling up damage only done to Faust.

So you weren't talking about checking for Faust alone, if you were then that sentence wouldn't read like. You're saying you did XYZ Dmg on the normal parse and are getting 0% splash damage. A little different. Not saying you can't do the damage you did, I'm just saying 0% splash dmg sounds super false.

I did no splash on the adds that run. I also said our tank pulls the adds to the side so they are not in range unless he happens to be running by. We all checked to make sure and sure enough I did no damage to the adds on that run. I'm not saying I never do splash to them because I certainly do, but just not on this run.

I don't know what's confusing about what I said. I clearly said "Our offtank just pulls the adds off to the side." So that in itself lends itself to reducing splash damage down a lot so couple this with the built in AoE being on a 30 second and 60 second CD you can start to see where it is absolutely possible for things to line up so that you have no splash.
