Dps have more interesting rotations/mechanics to compensate and I don't just mean with combat either. Many fights in casual dungeons give mechanics to DPS where I heard it was the opposite in other mmos.
Tanks and healers just have to do tanking and healing in casual dungeons, dps usually get some kind of mechanic at least because SE are deluded by the community into thinking healing and tanking is so much harder that they need to avoid giving them mechanics in casual dungeons even though we should be competent enough to deal with new and interesting challenges post 50.

question does op think any body but himself. everyone want have fun it doesn't matter role dps, tanking or healer. if someone have fun shouldn't that matter.
not as simple as that, tanks and healers do in a sense but it's challenge comes from reacting to what the bosses do, casual dungeons often lack specific mechanics for these two roles so you do pretty much the same thing throughout, raids/trials are more thought out for those roles. Dps have longer rotations because essentially dealing damage is the end goal and can be done in a variety of ways, healing and tanking however is fairly limited in how you can implement what they are required to do, like healing damage or holding aggro this is even more the case for reducing damage. most 'mechanics in casual content is designed for dps to react to.
Honestly, this is why I love playing white mage. Even in normal dungeons you always have interesting decisions to make:
When is the right time to stop healing and go into cleric stance?
How long can I do damage until I have to switch back to healing?
How can I maximize my DPS while keeping Tank and Party up and alive?
White mage is a class that can be the most relaxing job of all, if you just stick to pure healing.
But if you try to do damage as well, it is one of the most demanding and interesting Jobs in the game, it's your choice.
And I have really no problem with that being a requirement for Alex Savage.
PS: Same goes, naturally, for Scholar and Astro.![]()

Allein sitzen, allein ruhen, allein gehen. Indem er sich selbst zähmt, wird er glücklich allein - allein im Wald.
