    i am full Ilevel 190 Alexander Normal Geared PLD - i am wearing 1 ilevel 190 STR Ring from alexander aswell and i have the Ilevel 200 Fending Neck Piece, Ravana Shield and Sword.

    Here are the Numbers (PLD):

    Main Stats: Strengh: 724 Vitality:922
    Secondary Stats: Accuracy 636 // Crit 516 // Det 389 // Parry 554 // SS 547

    Here are the Numbers with the full Ilevel 200 Accessories (Ear,Bracelets,Ring Fending, Ring Slaying)

    Main Stats: Strengh: 727 Vitality:942

    Secondary Stats: Accuracy 681 // Crit 480 // Det 372 // Parry 546 // SS 421

    Ill end up having more Acc then needed, losing Crit,Determination,parry and skillspeed for +3STR and 20 VIT (420) HP.

    i am too lazy now to do the math on my MNK aswell, but i am pretty sure the +15 STR will lose their weight if i have more/to less Accuracy then needed and the DPS will suffer from it.

    You should not forget, that you cannot just replace Gear if you have the Points ready to use, u will always have to save up some Points for two or more pieces to Change at the same time (depending on your current gear).

    And btw, People like new shiny things :P

    Weapons adds more Overall DPS
    Armor looking shiny and cool, adding Defense and Magic Defense
    and Accessories most of the time, ppl buying at the end, since it doesnt look shiny anywas :P

    I can just talk for me, but i wouldnt aim for the Accessories first if i would have DRK/WAR/PLD up at Level 60, i would aim for the Weapon first to push the DPS if i would care about Alexander Savage.

    If you want to save some eso tomes and have some gil to spend you can get the 150 slaying acc and meld them with vit and focus on buying left side pieces.

    Uh, yeah, and practicing is part of playing any sport, but you don't get to say you "outplayed" someone just because you practiced more. You have to actually show results in order to "outplay" someone else, not just brag about how much time you spent on it.

    Let's not make this too easy now. Compare this to FF11, ABSOLUTE VIRTUE?? If they made everything the way you want then you will blame them for being bored so fast.

    A compromise to the tome cap would be:

    1. Reduce the cost of weapons but make them NQ, and make them upgradable via some form of questing/even a not so grindy relic-lights type activity. Just so I can have it in my hand from the get go and actually use it.

    2. Take accessories out and make make them craftable instead.

    Theres just too many things to buy with tomes per patch round. The above would help reduce that.

    The 2 static dungeons isn't a problem the players made. That's what we were given. ._. Don't get me wrong, I am not a fan of spamming dungeons either...
    Because that is the kind of game Final Fantasy XIV is. It is always easier to clear hard content on the first wave through, and having gear comparable to those participating in the first wave is part of the "check" the community does to let others participate. It's been this way ever since World of Warcraft took the reigns as the leader in mass appeal mmo design.

    ^^ I absolutely agree. They reason why they put the restriction has multiple good reason. One of them is the game balance. Have you already forgotten the game server was almost dead 1-2 month before Heavensward 3.0. I can barely see 1-2 group on PF one of the most busy server. Poetic limit was set to 900 and sol tome was unlimited and everyone had iLv130 gear. I think people are used to play console game that you have to see the end of it asap and move on to other game. But this is MMO. They need something to make people coming back online to stay alive...

    Haha, I spend good amount of time on-line and I have so many things to do other than 'farming' or 'capping'.
    Expert Roulette > Level up Roulette for other job > Trial Roulette > harvesting > crafting > chatting with FC members > helping with Rav Learning Party to name a few. And whoa I stayed online over 3 hours already! Yeah sure I can CAP it in one day, maybe over the weekend but i will be absolutely bored by doing that. It's not even funny how people make fun of Korean MMO being Grind and now people want it from Japanese one. I would much rather do what i want to do without having a fear of getting behind. For what I understand about this game since 1.0 is that this game is more focus on casual player not hardcore. Which we can fairly easily catch up even though you came back from few month break. I still think it is good advice to say spend less time on game and spend more time on real life.
