Something that would help is an official parser. That way we could tell who is messin up and where and help them improve ; ;

This is a horrible idea and you already know it's horrible. I'm not going to get torn to pieces because some ass want's to tell me I suck at what I'm doing
and get kicked. No one is going to help me or anyone, they will chew us up and spit us out in doodoo.
What could work for those who wants to improve is a player parser where no one else but themselves can see their scores.
If it's on the low side, they can seek help from others or friends/fc and practice with them. Not go into DF with randoms and get cursed at from hell.
I would use it and see what I could do...but you can't force people to use it and there will still be bad players. You cannot fix laziness.

But DPS races like that aren't fun, at all to me.
Most of the time you're just pointing fingers at who's doing bad at a guess.
Also, healers are becoming so ridiculous that they NEED to DPS too while everyone is on the brink of death.
So you're taking a chance to meet a req. and hope everyone lives and pop a quick heal on Cleric Stance if that.
