I do agree with you that we need a personal parser so the people who arent doing well can see they are the problem so they will either
1. Work on their rotation read what their skills actually do
2. Not join EX primals because they understand they are the problem
So you're the same like me? I always do my best to deal as much damage as possible to enemies in dungeons and I do occasionally look back to my skills and read their description if I've forgotten what the skills do again, what they combo link with, and what other effects they have.

Honestly wish they fixed the "Shade Walker" skill description as I didn't know that it transfers 80% of the user's enmity to another party member... this could help a lot with a Tank can do a DPS stance for a sec as the NIN pulls mob and then transfer hate to Tank (though it's not instant and I have to wait a couple of seconds before the enemies get off me)... when I first read this skill's description I thought it might create a shadow clone of the targeted player and have the enemy attack the clone (taking 80% of the enmity) allowing the player to breath where they Healer can refresh them before the clone dies and returns back to the previous player to attack.

I might make a few screw ups but I admit that and ask what I need to do sometimes to correct my mistake. Other things I get vague or no answer at all... it's kinda sad like how am I suppose to do better if someone doesn't mention what I need to do in order to make the fights go smoothly.

And I do watch guide videos first before I attempt new content to let you know.
