    No everyone doesn't have to min max like the nay sayers think, but if someone is putting out 1/3 of the dps they should be, they and the rest of the group deserve to know. This is a team effort and most teams are failing this.
    Most people believe that "team effort" comes in the form of a static. Since not all of us has one, expect low results in DF and PF.

    I don't think anyone goes into DF expecting point perfect rotations at all. I do think most go into DF expecting the players to at least make an effort to clearing the content instead of preventing everyone else from clearing. Or take advice when it is freely given when a player is new instead of ignoring it altogether.

    DF is party based content. Everyone should go in with the intention of working as a party, not with the selfish notion of, bleh everyone else can carry me through.
