Quick question. Is finding new sectors totally random? Becouse we have rank 40 ship and we can't go past sector 10 (rank 27). I just upgraded forecastle from Invicible to Invicible type II, maybe that will help.

I think better forecastle will help. I've opened sectors 11-13 and sector 15 with Invincible II forecastle.
And I don't think it's totally random. At least you need to visit needed sector to open another.

There MAY be a minimum stat required to find some locations BUT at this point we don't have enough data to know for sure what those minimums are. Bonzai is currently experimenting with a bronco only ship to see if he's limited from finding any locations and my FC has managed to find Sectors 07, 08, 11 and 13 with only the Invincible parts (80 stats across the board).
