If we haven't really seen any changes in the content or improvements we get in-game with patches... what is this "extra work" SE is doing? It's definitely not going towards better servers, which is the crux of so many of their problems, that's for sure.

Not calling foul until the problem has already gotten out of hand is also a really good way of ensuring it does get out of hand, by the way.

To be fair, server transfers being free is actually pretty common in MMOs. 4 out of the 5 past MMOs I played have free server transfers to no apparent detriment.
