How do you deal with sluggish tanks?

How do I deal with sluggish tanks as a BLM? I pull. And then if the tank just sits there after that pack is dead and complains that I should have patience, I pull the next pack too. Rinse/repeat until we're at the boss or until we get a new tank.

I don't mind tanks pulling at a leisurely pace but, largely, people don't have time to spend an entire hour on a single dungeon that can be completed in 20 minutes.

As a healer, if a dps pulls like that I'd expect them to have some way of healing themselves, though in actuality I'd just wait for them to die. I used to be the 'nice' healer that would heal anyone, even if they did things like this that just are not contributive to party cooperation. Now - nah, if you have so much confidence to pull, you must have some super secret way of keeping yourself alive without the aid of the rest of the party. This is why people don't want to tank or just tank for friends.
