

If you're in a static, time is never wasted anyway, as someone will usually get something, which helps your group advance as a whole. :PI prefer the system Guild Wars 2 used, where every single person participating in the run receives dungeon currency for their time and effort, and you can save up that currency to eventually purchase gear specific to that dungeon. In this fashion, you are *always* making progress on your goals every time you go to the dungeon. It completely removes randomness out of the equation, and no time is ever wasted on a run that amounted to nothing.
Unless of course dragoon items drop and no one is one. But this new system should help that.
