This loot system is a lot like one from an other MMO that shall not be named.

It would have been better for the mobs to drop classless item molds that you turn in for the piece you wanted.
As it is now, unless you sit there with a sticky note on your desk listing which, and how many, of these ambiguously named tokens you need for each slot, people are bound to roll for stuff they didn't actually need/want, and screw them self and someone else out of loot over it.
I'm actually in favor of the loot system. I just don't think "find a static" is always the answer. Finally got a static meant to go through coil for story about 2 months before expansion.. Only was able to raid with it 3 weeks, then it all fell apart (though my own schedule had me miss 2 weeks). If data centers move, I will likely server transfer.You clearly have a decent amount of playtime if you are geared and raiding at 60 already. Again, there are a LOT of people playing this game. You can find some who have similar schedules. There are many retail and restraunt workers in this game who don't have set schedules. How you handle that is a ls of similar people who can decide when to play each week. You don't have to schedule for 3 weeks from now.
If you play on a server where hardly anyone speaks your language or plays at the same time, you have much bigger issues with the multiplayer part of the game than the loot system.
personaly i think it should of been 1 class item and 1 token from each floor, so that way if your lucky BOOM you got your thing and your loot lock out for the week begins
didn't get your thing, well thats alright you have a token, to turn in after (what seems to be 2 3 or 4 weeks)

The system I had in mind was more like : as always, there's a loot, if someone get the loot, all others get a token corresponding for that loot.
Then, you can buy the corresponding item for your jobs once you get 10 token (or any number they see fit).
No looser...
You got a chance each time, but if you always loose, you can still have something given a fix amount of run.
TL;DR : we don't want to run 50 times the same dunjon without any win on loot (nor not seeing the loot you want).
Considering how easy Alexander is I fail to understand why you're moaning.
Don't expect to get drops on your first kill on day 1 smh.
i really feel sory for game developers.. people were screaming for new loot system... yoshi n co listen and add new loot system... players reactions = NEW LOOT SYSTEM S**KS
