Pretty much every point you make has nothing to do with performance or is wrong.
The only point debatable is this:
-I dont feel like a BLM, my casts are short enough to allow me most of my mobility by stutter stepping.
Nothing to do with actual performance:
-I love seeing big crits (Well, big for a Bard!) while using Minuet.
(Your preference)
-I love the hand in the quiver animation for the cast.
(Your preference)
-I love that Empy Arrow is off the global recast, and has a RECAST of 15 seconds (reduced via Skill Speed) rather than a flat cooldown while ALSO being off the global recast.
(Your preference and the skill being separate from other casts doesn't fix the fact that WM is already messing up the OGCD flow)
(Partially) wrong:
-I love that Iron Jaws not only refreshes DoTs back to full but also gives said DoTs Rs/BfB/IR/HE damage bonuses to the refreshed DoTs. Proper timing lets me have a 20% bonus damage to my DoTs for 36 seconds straight, while also trading a WB for HS.
(Refreshing dots the old way still carried over buffs, it's not something specific to IJ, other than that yes the skill is strong, but locked behind WM which as already been said everywhere comes with issues.)
-Wardens looks like its going to be VERY handy once they make it easier to cast.
(Don't think there are many skills that are more useless than this out there right now, it doesn't actually block anything important and 3sec cast time for only 30sec uptime.)
-Sidewinder looks like its going to be a delicious nuke.
(Strong for a BRD skill, but 60sec cooldown and with BRD weapon DMG not anywhere close to other high hitting skills from other classes, so it's very basic)
Depends on how you look at it. Barrage in its old form was invisible damage (outside of seeing the AA damage pop up 3 times) Sure it was damage and therefore good, but at 2.5 seconds between AAs? You get 5 Barraged AAs. Barely 1k damage all up.
Take the new Barrage. Barrage -> Empy Arrow -> 3.4k damage at 58. I'd say it was buffed.
(Your math on Barrage is completely off. The old Barrage (tripple for those that didn't know how to quad) did 6 bonus AA's. Those that did know had to Quad Barrage were getting 8 bonus AA's out of it. The damage not being flashy doesn't mean it was lower. Quad barrage was worth roughly 800 potency where tripple was worth roughly 600. Your Empyrian Arrow is worth 2x240 or 480 potency with the new barrage 800>480, 600>480 too. It would work a bit different now with det nerf, but that doesn't mean that didn't translate into the new barrage vs old one as a nerf.)
