What would you know about endgame raiding/EX and endgame PF groups for this game if the character your posting with highest level is 48...do you have another character which is in a better position to make such a statement about how endgame PF's works in this game or are you just bringing in your personal bias from WoW and applying it to something you might have very little experience with in this one?

As someone who has had more experience apparently than you within the context of this topic about this game plus many others who have also posted, many of us have experienced many PF groups where the leader is being carried contrary to your potentially limited experience within this game. As far as toxicity goes a prime example of the sort of thing people are talking about is shown in statements like this...

...and I'm sure most people would not care if they vanish from the earth tomorrow.

So in conclusion, most likely those people are the most reviled and hated ones in our society and on the internet today, they are known as social justice warriors, or SJW for short.
Also why are you bringing up nonsense about SJW in relation to this topic? Your blaming of SJW is highly flawed...what you use as a basis for your hatred in your second paragraph is not that related to who your blaming. There are many aspects such as attention deficit, principles of instant gratification, real world limited time to play and a multitude of other elements like potentially being lazy or toxicity of certain game play aspects people do not want to be a part of which make up the core part of your second paragraphs excuse for your hatred yet it has nothing to do with SJW despite your blaming it all on SJW.

You should dial your disdain back a few notches because your coming across as the sort of person this topic is complaining about. To say no-one would care if others were dead essentially aka gone from the real world shows you have some personal issues and bringing that toxicity into this game and this forum. Your like a hate preacher who basically said the people you personally don't like are better off dead, it is the epitome of toxicity.

...are a joke among normal human beings
What? Define normal human being. Go on, I'll be waiting in eager anticipation of the nonsense you might spout about what is a normal and abnormal human being. Your post is one of the most toxic ones in this thread, your opinions are filled with such bile and hatred that your not painting a mature or pretty picture of yourself to many others right now.

    *randomly hops in thread*

In terms of the technical system setup- There will always be some issue of some kind in any system. It's just a given that every person and mentality is different ... And there by leads to different understandings, preferences and so fourth. SE isn't going to leave any instance PF forever. It'll DF after a while and eventually you'll get an echo. In the way that they always make it more pass-able over time not deserve some amount of credit. Heck.. You can go kill bahamut at level 60 now.

    *rewinds time*

In XI you found no party. Party finds you. ....Literally even. Put up your search comment- if people so much as don't want your job class you're going to be sitting for days or weeks without a party. or! Make the party yourself.

For WoW when I played it- a PF option wasn't even available. Complete randoms or you shout/know people.

Though frustrating at times.. The XIV system is still pretty dang inclusive. People are people. Though some can 'fail as human beings' - there are many, many reasons for whatever PF specifications there may be. There's a character limit and most people would probably lose interest if the explanation on what/why a party was choosing 'no bonus' was longer than a single, complete sentence.

Any given person has many options.

Actually...I'd venture that those of us with jobs and such who have worked/work in the 'real world' would be better at time management and resource management, and thus able to more quickly advance our levels and gear with the least amount of downtime and with the greatest efficiency, as these are the types of work methodology that gets rewarded in business and also in the game. So, perhaps these people who have 'real lives' are also better at progression due to how well they can manage their real life and use skills learned in business to aid in their leisure, fun activity (this game). The only thing I see wrong with some PF posts is their lack of tact and manners, but in regards to setting expectations -- well, that is something every single job has, I believe, and every manager does before a project starts, etc. ^^

Well, people do want to learn how to play, but with a mountain of abilities piling onto action bars, the strategy of requiring the use of every single one of these abilities is a bit flawed. People are more interested in paying attention to the encounter in general and while rotations are a good challenge they represent something like learning how to walk and can be annoying to deal with. You sort of hope you eventually figure it out enough that you don't have to look at the action bar anymore. Then an expansion comes out and adds more abilities or changes them around, so you are back to learning how to walk all over again.

I don't think its toxic...what is toxic is like when a long time ago in turn 5 I'd have to "learn" conflags over and over again because people couldn't catch on...then rep them with someone else who couldn't figure it out. We want to clear it and not have to waste time repeating mechanics we have since mastered. A lot of the mechanics people fail are so stupidly simple that it just adds more to the headache. Once I make progress in a duty, that "bookmark" is then making it to my party finder description.

People can be toxic but you really just have to say "???? It" sometimes. I remember when I first started tanking in WoW and didn't know pulls super well but went and learned. Even leveling my first class on ARR I went and watch video tutorials for all the dungeons and primal fights BEFORE I joined the duty finder.

If you are truly set on learning how to do something you will put in the time and effort to learn your class, the fight, and what you can do to min/max your character. If you know you're character has its ducks in a row then anyone booting you from a group or not bringing you to your first EX is missing out on a potential skilled player and will be hard pressed to find other players to fill that spot especially at this time.

It's not only DF, it's PF too.
I find it hysterical how people get so damn pissed off and blow a blood vessel on this game.
It's just DF should be used as practice tbh, PF is more of a safer route, but a Static is the best bet.
Doing any harder end-game content is like finding a needle in a burning haystack.
Also, people get away with sh!t so much more in DF. I always expect the worse.
