Once you get the HQ base mats though, it's simple to get the HQ end item result you wanted. Instead of trying endless times to craft a random +3 items which you might or might not spend as much time gathering the mats to try randomly to HQ it as opposed to once you get your HQ base mats, you are ensured of the HQ end item result.

The question is how simple? How easy?

IF rank will no longer be a contrbuting factor to determining HQ. Wouldn't that mean a Rank 5 Blacksmith could HQ that Bronze Dagger 100% of the time if he started with all HQ materials?? Does that seem right??
