I just received mine, and also had to pay ~$40 for customs.. But I have it.. Hope you guys get it in time!
Still NO code here for digital CE....and for us in the UK, we have exactly 2 hours and 50 minutes of game play left, as the early access runs out at 12 midnight TONIGHT.
No hope of delivery today, still no updates from Canada Post or USPS since Tuesday. It's still stuck in customs.
Decided to buy digital CE and attempt to get a return & refund on my physical CE or will dump it on ebay. Lesson learned for future content. I will never buy the physical version again.

Sad that they still haven't responded or shown a bit of interest in the ordeal that many are facing. Hoping that when midnight hits, there will be many more threads of this issue showing up spamming the forum, since possibly many are oblivious of what is going to happen at that moment. Surely the majority are safe but with the many that are starting to report that they didn't receive their product key, be it for digital CE or physical CE, they will have to react promptly and finally show their face against the wall of question and frustration. Sadly itll be too late.. bleh...

Yeah, this part is at least basically what I would expect; you're still going to pay the tax on the value of the item converted to CAD, plus their $9.95 processing fee. The entire hold up was probably them trying to figure out the retail price of the item.
Still stuck in Customs here, for whatever it's worth...
Fellow Canadian here, in the same boat. Shipping page just says "further processing". We called Canada Post and they said it was customs, and customs said it was Canada Post. Go figure.
Spent the $150 + more on express shipping, but despite this, we're punished for giving SE more money than other people? 。・゚(´pωq`)゚・。 If they don't support people having these issues it's just going to teach everyone not to buy the more expensive copies in the future.
Not even going to try with phone/web support at this time, because they've mostly only ever been rude and unhelpful - I've even been hung up on before~
One thing that i've heard people report from talking to support is that it's "a decision that would have to be made in Japan"
Its currently 6:08 am in Japan right now. So maybe in another 3 hours we'll have our answer.
The hopeful part of me thinks so!
