This must be a Montreal thing, I have a friend in Victoria that got his on the 23rd. Hope you get an extension on your early access code! I cannot think of a reason why they wouldn't extend it.

Considering early access codes expire tomorrow I'm really surprised this issue has not been addressed by a Mod!

Just out of curiosity, what exactly is going to happen if we get locked out? I'm 60 AST. Is my character just going to be unplayable period? Or will I get locked out of HW areas only? Or will I be able to access AST/MCH/DRK? :\

I was told by a very unhelpful chat rep that the characters will be barred from logging in AT ALL if they've touched any Heavensward content.

I'm tossing my name on here as well. Northern Ontario, several friends and I in the same boat - locked out as of midnight and Canada Post has zero clue where our parcels are. Chat conversation (which I saved a copy of) with support rep had him booting me from the conversation by the end and addressing it with a general "It's not our problem/we already have your money" kind of attitude.

Just got off the phone with SE, was on hold for 2 hours. I have some good and bad new for all of you waiting on your CEs. According to the SE employee i spoke to, EA does not end on the 27th, but at the end of the day of the 27th, meaning saturday at midnight is the lockout. Unfortunately, there is nothing they can do about extending EA because of technical reasons, it it set to end at midnight on the 27th and there is nothing we or they can do about it. We also lose the game time spent waiting on our physical codes, because the game time builds up for the veteran rewards, and it is "not entirely lost". Fortunately, the CEs seem to all have cleared customs today, some people were lucky and some weren't. Just a waiting game for the unlucky ones now. Mine will get here on monday, most of yours as well, while the ones who live farther away will probably get theirs on tuesday.

Nova Scotian here and I also suffer from the same issue . My expected delivery date is July 2nd .

Also not sure what happens if I don't accept delivery when it does arrive and there is a customs/duty fee .

Uugh I hope that's not true, I've been hearing it's just barred from HW areas, and unable to access "HW Content" which means DRK/AST/MCH.. if I can't play period I'll be pissed.. was going to atleast spend some time gathering

Essentially got the same messaging as you did, however with a seemingly more flippant attitude from my rep. I'm just most upset that we get completely locked out of the characters if they even so much as touched HW content. Don't let me past CCH? Fine, but at least let me run around and level some alt classes or something.

From what i understand, the lockout is only for HW content, meaning as long as you are not an Au Ra, equipped with AST/DRK/MCH, or in a HW area when the lockout happens, you are fine and will be able to log in and play. Just locked out of HW content afterwards. For those of us who fantasia'd over to Au Ra, we are completely screwed until we get our CEs.
