Accessing HW content on ps4

I have a slightly different issue where when I am trying to redeem my code in the PSN Store on P4 and it just keep loading. It has a check mark next to the code so I presume that it is a valid code. I can log into the game just fine without redeeming it but of course since the PSN didn't process it, I can't access HW's content. /sigh/

This sounds more like a PSN problem, which is more of a shame because there's pretty much nothing you can do but wait it out.

I can access the rest of PSN just fine..... Well. Thank you for your pointers. I'll restart my PS4 again and hope for lady luck.

EDIT: on second thought. I checked the PSN store with my laptop and redeemed my PS4 code there. A little irritating, but at least my code now works. Thank the Twelves.

Hi guys, mines is still re-installing but I came across this thread that sounds promising.

They are saying that instead of pressing x to launch the game, direction button down, then right where all the pictures and news and recent played info is, and then scroll down to "view more" until you reach add-ons. There should be a Heavenward add on where you can download the data.

Yeah, this doesn't actually work, I would just sit and play some ARR until they get it sorted out.

I just bought the full bundle disc for PS4 (ARR + HW) it installs only ARR (but on mog station i have ARR and HW linked) the client is old as ARR version only and on my hard disk i have only 39.9gb instead of 50gb the game should takes.
Please help us out... damnit.... ; ;
Cant create Au Ra character by fantasia or as new and all else... it seems i havent HW at all... pleaseeeeeeeeeeee
